Unveiling the Meeting House and Third Community Pool

The Meeting House will be available for reservation starting March 1, 2024. Community management powerhouse CCMC (Community Association Management) commenced access to rental reservations on February 9, 2024. However, residents are advised to plan ahead, as the Meeting House can be reserved up to 180 days in advance. The all-day rental rate of $400 per day positions the Meeting House as an accessible and affordable option for hosting various events. In our exploration of rental rates for similar venues online, we were astounded by the pricing discrepancies. One venue, in particular, was asking for over $8,000 just to use their space for a wedding, and this didn't even include additional catering expenses. This stark difference highlights the incredible value that the Meeting House will provide to Devonshire residents.

In addition to the Meeting House, another jewel in the crown of Devonshire is the imminent unveiling of the third community pool. This refreshing addition, to be located on the west side Ranch Road, is set to provide residents with a new space to cool off, socialize, and enjoy the sunny Texan weather.
